Exhibit CAA: Beyond Counting

I am looking to purchase a copy of Exhibit CAA: Beyond Counting if anyone has a copy they would feel comfortable selling. I have been searching online for several months now with no luck. I have seen a few members here attempt to sell here in the past, so figured it would be worth while to check here. I am both a collector and an interested Amateur AP.
