vp: $2 coin-in = 1 point
e-Craps ($5min, 3/4/5x odds): $4 coin-in (odds included) = 1 point
so $1000 coin-in for vp and $2000 coin-in for craps.
best vp game is 9/5 JoB at $25 denom. at $5 denom, it's 8/5 JoB. :(
so e-Craps seems like the best bet.
And with e-Craps, I can take up 2 terminals with 2 different rewards cards (mine + a friends).

Is it recurring or one time? The Doey-Don't would have the least Variance, but you might attract some unwanted attention. Definitely not worth the risk. All in all, it's a really weak promo and I don't even know that I'd bother with it.
