I think most of us who do work in the industry have mentioned it in at least one posting if not several postings. In case it has been missed: I work as an Internal Auditor for a native casino. Guess you could say I work on the dark side of the dark side.

Edited for ugly typing mistake, sorry

It might be worthwhile if we knew who has a relationship with casinos. The bias of being a dealer or manager of a casino might come into play in various discussions. I would not ignore the danger of disinformation.

The same could be said for those who are adamant believers in systems, DI, magic monkeys or other aspects of gambling.
Should there be a classification for those with gambling addictions? casual gamblers? poker players?

Well, this might be the most unproductive thread from you ever, Alan. I like very much that we have a mix of pros, from those in the casino business directly, to those who supply them, to those who use them, and most everybody has self-identified their role. I would hope no one took themselves to be less than welcome here with this kind of pot-stirring. And I do think it's worth knowing a little about most of the regulars so their "bias" can be taken into account, but anybody who posts garbage generally gets called on it, Like now.
