So not only does the Golden Nugget expect the gamblers to return their winnings, they settled a lawsuit (a large undisclosed sum due to the agreement), so who's the big winner here?

Haul in the cash in pennies! "Undisclosed amount", wonder if they were either made in full or told to pound salt? Either way, from the Yahoo comments, it seems, the general public doesn't support incompetence by the casino needing helped to overcome their own mistake.

Absolutely disgraceful coverage -- and cover-up -- by what used to be a halfway decent and honest newspaper.
The kiss-off article lacks important facts like the name of the court or judge to track down the details in, say, sources of legal news.
It's all part of trying to cover up what a disaster that AC has made of its nothing-more-than-overweeningly-greedy "renewal" effort.
