Just curious, is there a 'high limit room' in Paris or is it just that raised up section with the 'canopy' over it where the multiple baccarat tables are kind of in the middle/rear of the main floor?

No there is a high limit room across from the cage, next to Gordon Ramsey Steak house. It is a few steps up, but easy to find.

That canopy place is the Asian pit, with bacc, PGP, tiles, Asian poker, and DD BJ. The high-limit room is beyond that towards the wall, as the other person said, up a few steps and better lit than the main casino for some reason.
If the House lost every hand, they wouldn't deal the game.

Thanks, will check it out next week. All the years of playing at PH and CP we have been to Paris a few times and only wound up in the Asian pit as one of my wife's friends would be already there. Makes sense. Thanks.
Any place decent to eat, a great coffee shop? Something simple, that is not Sysco or GFG food reheated??

mon ami gabi is a wonderful bistro, towards the street very close to the Asian pit. Highly recommend.
Do NOT go to the Sugar Factory. They used to be great; in January they were horrible and are in a changeover period.
There's a wonderful bakery on the wall of the casino, in the row of shops between the hotel front desk and the elevator. Great croissant sandwiches, salads, etc. And there's an "open-air" dining area (kind of a sidewalk café under the sky-ceiling of the casino) that I still haven't tried but always has a lot of business, especially at breakfast time. I think it's seating for several little food shops and a bar nearby.

I will second Mon Ami Gabi. I have eaten at the one in Las Vegas and one of the ones in the Chicago area as well. Also, Mon Ami Gabi is a member of Lettuce Entertain You Enterprises, which is primarily a Chicago based group, but they have a few restaurants in Vegas, and they do have a fairly nice loyalty program, that you can use both in Chicago and Vegas.
