I am trying to track down the current owner (name of the company to contact to get the game into a casino) for a few games. Any help would be appreciated. I've lost the information along the way and all Google searches seem to lead to wizardofodds, discountgambling, apheat or this site. Thanks in advance.

As of about Feb. 1, they're self-identifying as ScientificGames.
If the House lost every hand, they wouldn't deal the game.

Not officially yet. They've sent no legal documents to us at least changing from Bally to Scientific Games. We're still paying Bally's

Fair enough. I'm referring to correspondence from them I've gotten. I'm guessing it will be some months yet before all their departments are changed over.

RCD has some legal issues arising from a patent dispute. There is a company called "Paz Gaming" that is also claiming ownership.

Lucky Nine is not that Lucky 9. It is a baccarat side bet based on the number of nines in the hand.

Racing Card Derby is the name of the company that has that game. They are in Australia. The contact person there is Matthew Bielenberg. matthew@racingcardderby.com

That is the only one I know for sure from your list.

Yes, I do. To Galaxy. I have no idea how their could be any confusion. The game was at one location only and owned by a local dealer. Galaxy (supposedly) bought the game from him and the rest was history.

Feel the Rush has been the slogan since the beginning. Feel the Rush with High Card Flush. They've had that website for years. I don't think that has anything to do with it.

High Card Flush is definitely Galaxy Gaming. They won first place at the Table Games Conference a few years ago.
