They can ban you for whatever reason they like, or none at all.

You have asked a vague question, and now you shall receive a vague answer:
maybe.

Enjoy it while it lasts, but don't be shocked if the well runs dry.
Well its definitely possible, but I'm going to make a suggestion.
If anyone is reading something like this this, and gets curious, and contacts anyone saying something like this privately If they offer to bring you in on it, DON'T DO IT, legal or not has nothing to do with it. No matter how good of a deal they make you, or how real it is or isn't. Chances are you will get screwed somehow.
I'M NOT ATTACKING THE OP. I'm not suggesting the OP is someone who might be scamming, I'm suggesting ANY scenario such as this should be meet with extreme skepticism and caution. Especially if they offer you any part in it (most people here know this) There's some desperate gamblers out there looking for a 100% sure thing, but trust me its not a sure thing if you consider all the possibilities. Ask yourself why would this person tell me an unknown person. What possibly could I bring to the table.
RED FLAGS
Elements of a con online (spammers to)ask a dumb question about something to entice others to enquire about the money.
Really.... you don't know if a casino can ask you to leave for this type of situation? Assuming its not AC(and its not) yet you found a way to do this? You know its 100% legal, but you don't know if a casino can ask you to leave? YIKES ! how can I trust you know its lega,l but have no clue about a simple casino law?
Details are NOT veg in my opinion, How many places give out $500 in gift cards? Thats a dead give away.
The fact that someone would post such a thing publicly, suggests to me that they would probably get you in trouble somehow (banned and no paid) even if everything was legitimate.

Agreed axel. This seems like someone who is waiting for some poor sucker to ask him what it is. Especially considering it is someone who has never posted on the forums before. My first inclination was that this is a scam.
Quote: Lopezak81I'm not a scam or anything.I would rather not say what it is. I believe I founda way to earn comps without losing. I found a way to raise my players club ranking without risking a dollar of my own. I don't win a dollar or lose a dollar. I do this 2 days a week. I receive 350 a week in free play and 125 a week in gas cards from my local casino.don't need investors or a partner or anything like that. I don't win a dime when I do this I break even. What I do win is a whole lot of comps for nothing. I was just wondering what kind of things the casino could do to some one when they find out Im basically playing them. Yes it is my first post when I googled this site came up.
It never is, they never do.Quote: Lopezak81I'm not a scam or anything.I would rather not say what it is don't need investors or a partner or anything like that
Only if they beg enough.

earning comps for free is nothing new.
Yes they can 86 you in most jurisdictions.
AC usually won't 86 you, but they will take your card away.
Most Likely they will just take your comps and change the rules/system on you.
It's beyond me why you are giving out so many details of the amounts and gift cards. It's easy to match up the details with the offers. I can guess the location already. Others here can as well.
I can think of various scenarios.
Examples:
Deposit large amounts in the cage on deposit. Take out markers rat hole chips.
Penny card reader is miss calculating at a high rating.
Example. OP finds out that the craps table is rating them on the PL and DP, so they are wagering $100 on each side, and getting a $200 avg bet rating. But not realizing the house still has the edge on this doey don't
Quote: RaleighCrapsBut not realizing the house still has the edge on this doey don't
yes, likely a hedging scheme, which actually is working out for the casino just fine.
except if they do rate you 100% on free odds, and it is substantial odds factor, that could be nice, especially if free play is part of the comp as he says. You wouldn't have to doey/don't it.
They can ban you for anything.
They also can kick from the players club and not ban you if they wish.
The only way you can be arrested at least in some states is if you are glitching the player club machine to credit you a bunch of free play you are not eligible for. Or using fake IDs to make multiple player cards.

If you'll look closely, I'm sure you'll find somewhere...

... so don't be surprised when the well runs dry.
Some places base offers on tier points earned per period, some places base offers on total points earned (including multipliers), some places base offers based on Theo/ADT (or actual loss, whichever is greater), some places base offers based only on actual loss, and I'm sure some other places do something I haven't heard of.
