Here is the full video here. To me it is more shocking than the one with the family.

Yes more shocking. However if this girl was a minor, they will really have problems. I hope the family filed assault charges against the security guards.Quote: darkozHarrah's again - sixth or seventh lawsuit

This family will receive a nice chunk of cash assuming no corruption. No doubt the security will be telling a nice pack of lies.
One of the parents I believe the mom is an attorney so she knows how to properly proceed.
They've filed separate lawsuits - one for the daughter and the other for themselves.

Attorneys probably fight amongst themselves to get this guy's case.
Its more convenient for the plaintiffs to file in Florida and it is better law for them too, that is why the daughter's complaint was filed first.Quote: darkozThey've filed separate lawsuits - one for the daughter and the other for themselves.
The "security" firms hire "NY Thugs" and have a mindset towards instantaneous violence. I'm sure you've heard the term "New York Minute"... there would be more violence in other states but in an atmosphere of a "ny minute" the guards say leave, throw a punch and then say see.. he didn't comply.Quote: onenickelmiracleWhy is this happening so much in Atlantic City at Harrah's and not in Las Vegas or anywhere else in Atlantic City? I liked staying and playing at Harrah's to be honest but don't see a reason why they would have more problems than other places.
Many incidents in Las Vegas take place quietly and get hushed up by press agents. Its just worst in New Jersey. Harahs needs to cut expenses, so they are not going to be hiring well trained guards or paying top grade. They hire intimidating thugs and let the lawyers and insurance companies drag things out in the courts.
I've seen over 100 Grateful Dead shows, seen a lot of security at these shows.
Most security at the shows were pretty cool, even Madison Square Garden NYC and Philly Spectrum.
Meadowlands New Jersey shows, security were a bunch of goons.
I was at the Grateful Dead show 10/14/89. I remember it well, good performance. I also remember security being out of control.
At that show security took custody of a deadhead Adam Katz.
That was the last time he was seen alive.
Next morning he was found at a nearby highway underpass beaten up and dead.
Eventually Meadowlands security settled out of court with the family.
