Thank you very much for taking the time to list all these. Now I have something else to listen to when I'm caught up on Clark Howard!

Looks like this a$$hat was trying to build his post count enough to get a spam link posted. Note he skipped the number 4 in the other 16 posts I deleted, which were like this but with different numbers. Leaving one as a placeholder for future reference.

Maybe it has already been mentioned, but I believe I heard our own DJTeddyBear talking about Poker-For-Roulette on a call in message to the hosts on the latest You Can Bet On That podcast.

It's interesting how you may have an idea in your mind about how you think somebody's voice would sound if you heard them speak, and then it turns out to be much different than what you envisioned.

Not sure why, but I always imagined DJ's voice as being kind of soft-spoken. It is actually very powerful. Definitely grabs and holds your attention.

Anyway, it was a nice surprise to hear somebody I "know" on a podcast. Kudos to DJ!
You serious, Clark?

Whomever is listening to the gambling shows I would love it if they would give a small synopsis and a link if its interesting. A synopsis would be nice because some things may not be interesting to everyone.

Occasionally I listen to GWAE but haven't really explored other shows.

That sounds like a heck of a good weekly Article to me! Can anyone narrow the list in the OP down to the shows that are weekly and free to listen?

I was going to suggest that for you but I wasn't sure if it was a conflict of interest for this site. Personally I want to know if there's anything interesting. We travel a lot and it's nice if we can listen to a show about something we all have some interest in. Unfortunately I find a lot of it boring, but it's better than listening to some crappie hip-hop/R&B crap.

FYI one of my favorite radio talk shows is Bill Handle's Handel on the law.

I like how he starts off......

This is Handel on the law, marginal legal advice... where I tell you, YOU HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO CASE WHATEVER!!

I listen to maybe 8-10 different ones a week- some of the ones I listen to are out of pure boredom because they are really really bad .
5 Hundy is a joke

Gwae is tops
You can bet on that second
Tipping the odds.

Most give no real info except maybe gwae
The other ones are for entertainment
Tipping the odds gives some info
The others are more for novice poppies for the most part, most of the shows say things that aren't even accurate
I have toyed with the idea of a podcast for a while but don't want to give out plays
NOW HIRING!!!! REQUEST INFO VIA PM

Handel on the Law is a good show that I've had the opportunity to catch on the radio on a few occasions. I've never intentionally sought it out, but if it happens to be on when I am driving and using the, 'Seek,' button, I'll usually leave it there. This was years ago, though, I don't even know if he is on terrestrial radio anymore.

I don't believe there is a conflict of interest because we recognize that we are not the only gambling resource out there. We're certainly not going to compete with ourselves (in my opinion) by touting other Odds-Related sites or Vegas Message Boards, but we do not currently have a radio outlet or Podcast that I'm aware of, so we wouldn't be cutting our own throats. I also wouldn't necessarily link to other sites that have gambling advertising, just give a rundown on the shows. People can find the shows for themselves, if they like.
