Today is the no pants subway day in NYC. It is the 13 the year of the event, where people remove their trousers while riding the subway. Last year over 4000 people participated in NY. My question? Why in the middle of January?

Would I joke about something like that? New federal department based in D.C., long time democratic bundler appointed the new czar over congressional protests, $20 bil budget. New taxes to fund everything being rolled out this March.
