Does anyone have a contact number or email for total rewards?

I have had a total rewards visa for about 3 months now and I think there is something wrong with the way it is linked to my total rewards card. I did get the upgrade to platinum but my points from the credit card are not getting transferred which means my expiration date of the points is not moving. I am glad that I just logged and and found it because my 115,000 points expire at the end of Feb.
I tried calling the visa card and she said they don't have a contact number and that I should get the number off of their website. I looked every where and could not find one.

Also I am pretty much just an idiot because there is a contact us section at the top of their screen.
