I believe akaTIMSPEED is the real Tim, and he is using the aka account because of ..."irregularities"... with his previous account.
I think he should be unblocked and allowed to explain what is really going on.
I have no idea of ClarkWGriswold's role in any of this. I don't see him involved anywhere, and he's been nothing but a productive poster on other topics.

Just to play devil's advocate, due to NAT that could also be true of coworkers at the same office or people sharing a wireless router in a house/community.
Granted there is lots of weirdness going on here.
