Hi Guys,
I'll be in Hong Kong in a few weeks and then doing a stint in Macau.
If anyone has any sort of recommendation be it hotel stay, best casinos to gamble, best food to eat, best places to party. Please divulge your experiences.
Thanks in advance!
Nick

The Vegas - copies - resorts are pretty much the same as the originals, (usually a little better, especially the hotel service) so you know what you get.
If you wanna get away from that, try the Lisboa as the non-Vegas flagship or the Hotel Royal for a non-casino option (15 mins walk form the action), both are on par with Vegasy upperclass standards.
I never worried about any loyalty points BS in Macau, so dunno about that. Other than that, gambling is pretty decent everywhere, I liked the Lisboa and the Venetian, which is the most epic casino on the planet. All of Cotai is decent, while the trip to the Sands is not worth it imho.
Me and Chinese food don't get along well, but fortunately Macau is not Hong Kong. The restaurant scene is still Portugese / European influcened and you have some nice western options. Go to O Santos for some very nice and surprisingly cheap Portugese cuisine. A little more expensive is Indian Spice, but the food is excellent authentic Indian, which is quite different from the Western-Indian we are used to.
Enjoy!
