Working for Aristocrat

Aristocrat is has an opening in an account executive position in my area (Minneapolis based, with responsibility for MN, WI, and IA markets). I think I'd enjoy the job, and I also think I meet their qualifications. Does anyone have experience dealing with Aristocrat? Are they a fair employer? And, I guess, if I work for a slot manufacturer, can I still gamble in casinos that feature their games?
