The article I just read said something about replying to a website prostitutes advertise was the accusation.
That does not sound like a real crime to me, because sending an email to them might not even be considered to be a serious intention.

I'm sure there's a very reasonable explanation of this, such as losing his wife in an incredibly long buffet line, so ultimately he hired this woman to help with the search and act as a sort of personal assistant until he located her.... Doesn't anyone realize how long those buffet lines can GET? You could be lost for weeks in there by golly!
