does anyone know of an app or a site like wizards app that gives strategy onduesces wild ultimate x poker

Unfortunately, I don't think there is one. It needs to be calculated. I dunno if there will be too many major strategy changes with this one. The biggest change will likely be to be more aggressive with straight flush draws.
