What is the house advantage on this 5 card charlie rule?

Bally's in Tunica is paying 2 to 1 on a 5 card charlie during Feb but you must win the hand. What would the odds be on a 2 deck game where you can resplit aces, double after split and dealer hits soft 17. What does this rule add to the player's advantage and how should the basic strategy change? I can't find a chart where player must win on 5 card charlie.
