is there anyway to upload pictures on here if they are on my iphone or do I need to post them somewhere and link it. im not tech savvy, can i just post them on facebook and link?

You have to post them somewhere first.
Then, once you know the photo's url, put it in an [img=url] tag.
I.E.: [img=http://djteddybear.com/images/rd_photo.gif] produces this photo: Admin note: removed image www.djteddybear.com/images/rd_photo.gif
