I have $100 at a blackjack table.
If I bet $50 twice versus $25.00 four times can either give me a better chance of winning?

If you bet $50, get a pair 8's, split them and get a 3 on the first one, now what ???
Shed not for her
the bitter tear
Nor give the heart
to vain regret
Tis but the casket
that lies here,
The gem that filled it
Sparkles yet

The variance will be greater playing one hand at $100 compared to 4 hands at $25. Whatever EV the game is set for, is the EV you will get. If it is a negative EV game, you are more likely to win with one large bet than multiple small ones adding up to the large one.

I assume you were talking about 4 conswqutive hands at $25 each. What about 4 $25 hands, during the same round?
