Sandy hit everyone, but the Revel continues to lose ground falling behind the Atlantic Club and Resorts.

In other news, Revel CEO Kevin DeSanctis stated that he plan is working and people really do want a Non-Smoking Casino with no players club, buffet or free rooms, they just dont know it yet.

Also sad how CZR has just allowed Ballys to fall apart in every way possible.

The worst part about CZR's allowing Bally's to slide is the closing of the WWW area of the casino. It hosted the buffet (very popular), and was a crucial link between Bally's and Caesars, not to mention there is a pretty popular bar in there (it's the only thing still open besides a small slots parlor). There was a pit of $10 table games right next to the bar with pretty girls dealing..it was ALWAYS busy. Usually with ploppies dropping their drunken cash recklessly. Why would you close this part of the casino, when it had to be making money?...to build crappy retail that isin't needed?...that's what they are supposedly doing.....makes no freakin sense. Like a lot of other things in AC.

They announced the retail thing a year ago and never did anything. Usually when no tenants are announced, they are no tenants. There isnt a decent room in the place and the reviews of Tripadvisor should be an embarassment to everyone in the company. I agree the tables in WWW were busy with drunks on weekends.

It just makes no sense what the grand plan is.

Playing there on Saturday, I heard much groaning and moaning about fears of losing their jobs from employees at quite a few levels. It is truly disappointing and dispiriting to see what has happened to a once prime Boardwalk property.
