Gosh this would be huge if it passed. Perhaps this would finally allow california to run Vegas like casinos. Us Californians could use the tax revenue.

The California Senate passed the Bill, it would still have to pass the House and then be signed by Governor Moonbeam ... and even then it would only allow sports betting licenses in California once the Federal Government repeals the ban on Sports Betting.
Its likely any real casinos in California would be taxed to death the way all other businesses in California are.
