It's just a person that thinks he is making a point because there are threads here that are not even remotely related to gambling from prior to the institution of the, "No politics," rule.
He'll be back with a different handle, sooner or later, next time he is bored. He seems to think that going through and locking all of those threads, or perhaps deleting them, should be seen as a valuable use of someone's time.
I think I MIGHT know who it is, but I'm not 100% sure of it, so I'm not going to drop any names.
