Does anyone have more details on this Paradise Park? Will this park be close to or adjacent to Winn?

It's replacing most of the golf course east of the hotel.

I don't know anything more about it. Seems like a good idea. That golf course is wasted on prime real estate.
There is already a WoV swimming race planned to the island in the middle of the lagoon once it opens.

I really hope Paradise Park actually happens. It is the first Vegas attraction that I am looking forward to. Steve Wynn seems to be the only visionary in this city.

Wynn envisions waterskiing shows and parasailing, which requires greater depth than four inches.
Should take "pool parties" to the next level, with DJ's spinning on the island or on the beach while their mimsy borogoves gyre and gimble in the wabe.

Got it. I recalled reading an article saying that they planned on keeping it really shallow in order to minimize the issue with the outrageous amount of water needed to fill it, that the city didn't have...

I think it might be easier to maintain if it is deeper. Shallow water is harder to keep cold, which keeps the algae down.
I think non-hotel guests will have to pay to get in.
