Same question as Encore/Wynn, but for Venetian/Palazzo. We'll eat one night at Venetian, should we go for CUT, Carnevino, or Delmonico?

It is between CUT and Carnevino. I have eaten at all three. Delmonico is good but not on par with the other two. It is a coin flip both are phenominal and expensive. CUT has more of a variety of steaks from rib eyes to strips to dry and wet aged where Carnevino really only has one steak unless you want to share the porterhouse for two. Also I liked the appetizers and side dishes at CUT a bit more. Carnevino, has more of a non steak awesome variety, having said that, I prefer CUT by a hair, although you will be very very happy eating at either one.

Have eaten at all three id say cut is above the others, didn't love the atmosphere at carnevino and was pretty loud, food was a notch lower as well
No longer hiring, don’t ask because I won’t hire you either

Thanks man. I made the reservation for CUT, although any of them would probably be great.

I chose CUT because I saw on the menu a New York sirloin sampler: 4oz Nebraska 35 day aged prime, 4oz Snake River Farms American Wagyu, and 2oz 100% Japanese Wagyu. I might not order that, but any place that offers it probably knows what's going on in the kitchen.

It's been my impression over the couple of years I've been noticing CUT that you really can't go wrong; I think if you're willing to pay the price for premium beef, you've chosen one of the best in the world, and I hope you have a great meal. I also hope that, if there's the slightest problem with your steak, you have them re-do it (which I find very difficult to do). Sometimes they simply can't tell if a steak has too much gristle or tastes "off" until the patron tries it, so I hope they welcome fixing any problem.
