I posted this yesterday, but due to the big wipeout, it was lost.

Was this recently made public or is it old news in Las Vegas?

I's never seen it mentioned before this.

An unarmed burglary in a "restricted area" of a large casino...I'm finding it hard to believe that it was done without some inside help.

Did he do it by shoving sixteen $100,000 chips in his pocket?
I don't know everything but I know a lot.

It was generally known but details were sketchy due perhaps to the power of money to keep things out of the press. Look how little publicity that fatal planking incident in the Venetian parking lot got.

1.6 million in five dollar chips might be quite a haul but atleast you could cash them easily. I understand he actually stole "flags" which are rectangular chips of high denomination that were not then even in use much less cashable with ease.
