Of course the guy is selling $3500 cell phones and has any of his facts been verified? Makes no sense for the government to set up there and not other places, but again, needs verification hardly anyone is capable to do.

cell phones communicate on non voice frequencies so a fake cell would ping the cell phone but say I'm busy. "

I wonder if the fake towers might have something to do with the leaking of celebrity photos the other day. Alot of these towers are apparently law enforcement but I've also read that some are private as well.

law enforcement uses Stingers a sort of short range cell tower for use during raids and surveillance...

The private ones are mainly interrogators that always respond "busy"...your cell phone announces its identity but says the signal is too weak and go on to find a different cell tower.
