Hi everyone,

I already know blackjack, but beeing in Las Vegas has shown me that there are more rules then expected. My biggest question is, are there still payouts of 3:2 and minimun bets of $5? I like the game but would like to learn/test before really spending money. So if someone knowns a casino in Vegas where this is still possible, let me known.

Thank you.

You won't find $5 3-2 blackjack on the Strip but you will find it downtown at several places. I think you'll find 24/7 $5 at Main Street, California, Fremont and El Cortez. These will be double deck games. You won't be able to double down after splitting at the Boyds but you can at El Cortez.

During off hours you should also find them at Golden Gate and Plaza, maybe The D as well. If you go to locals casinos you should find $5 3-2 at almost all of them.

TI still has $5 3:2 blackjack during slooooooow times (like early morning). Other than that $10 3:2 is the lowest you'll find on the strip.

At my last survey in July I found $10 3-2 games on the Strip at Tropicana, NYNY (last MGM with sub-$25 3-2), TI, Caesars Palace, Harrah's, Bally's, Paris, Flamingo, SLS and Stratosphere (if you count that as the Strip).

Thank you guys for the information. I was just at the nyny and saw some $5 games. Although it didn't mentioned 3:2 anywhere.

The $5 NYNY blackjack games are at the bottom of the escalator when you enter from the Strip elevated walkways. I think there is only one table of it but there may be two or three of them, depending on the time of day. They have been 6-5 for about a year.

If you walk past the craps tables you will find a pit that has some 3-2 blackjack games. The far back row has (or had as of July) two $10 eight-deck 3-2 games with double before and after split with H17. They don't have surrender or RSA anymore though. If these are still there, they are almost certainly the last MGM 3-2 games under $25 in Las Vegas.
