IMO this is the nicest hotel/casino on the south end of the strip (though I've never stayed at Mandalay Bay). You can definitely stay 3 nights without ever leaving the building as the place is huge and has everything you need. I found the service to be very friendly. When we checked in, the in-room safe was locked, but we called and got someone to the room within a few minutes to open it. At checkout I was comped all of my meals even though I had made my reservation online, and not through a casino host. I didn't ask for it, they just offered it to me.
The ratio of people to cake is too big.

Stayed in the Stay Well rooms. I booked through MLife so the price I was quoted was 30% less than the one on Expedia and only $10 more than the regular rooms.

I've never stayed in the regular rooms before so I can't compare them directly. They have their own little check-in counter in a hidden room off to the side, so we managed to skip the huge check-in lines. Was worth the savings immediately (you could still use the regular checkin).

The rooms were clean and beds comfortable. The room came with an air purifier and vitamin C infused shower, nice touches, but I'm not too sure of their efficacy. There were a lot of other little features that you could read about on their website, but we really did not make good use of them. Overall, the rooms themselves were an interesting experience.

They definitely have a great selection of food, and the resort has everything you want. However, the buffet is definitely subpar compared to others at a similiar or lower price point (ours were comped, and even then, it wasn't that great a deal).
