I just called them today, 2-1-14, and they told me that my comped room that I'm getting for March has the resort fee waived. As for now, I was told, this is their policy. I asked that if they changed their policy and they started to charge the resort fee on comped rooms it wouldn't effect me since I've already booked? --and was only told "as of right now, it's being waived."
I can't see how they would attempt to later charge me the fee when they're waiving it upon booking.

Is the call center fee of $10 for booking something new I noticed on an email ad? In case it's new, I add it's waived online and for some tiers at least Diamond but I forget details on whether it includes Platinum.

Resort fee waived for platinum but no wifi etc. in room either .
If the House lost every hand, they wouldn't deal the game.

I didn't really know about their tiers but was told that diamond was their highest and that there was no "platinum".

I think there's some confusion here.
This thread was originally posted in the "El Cortez" section, but I think Babs and onenicklemiracle have drifted over to CET properties.
