Opening this coming winter
Something tells me Beef Wellington with Scallop Risotto is going to be a regular item on the menu.
As for "familiar faces from various seasons," I wonder if Season 11 winner Ja'Nel Witt, who was promised a job as "head chef" (which usually translates to "assistant of some sort to the executive chef, plus being the PR face for a while") at Gordon Ramsay Pub & Grill at Caesar's Palace, but either "turned it down for personal reasons" or "failed the mandatory Caesar's employees' drug test," depending on which version of the story you believe, or earlier winner Holli Ugalde, who was promised a similar job at the Savoy Grill in London only to be told, "Sorry, but Parliament recently passed a law saying that jobs cannot be given to people from outside of the UK if there is someone in the UK who can fill it," will be involved in this.
