Experienced something different today. My Boyd free play on the mailers has always been good at multiple Boyd properties and I usually play4-5 different properties throughout the month depending on where I happen to be. So Today being downtown, I attempted to play my free play and there was nothing available, despite that I knew the mailer said $150 good 3rd through 5th. So when I got home I looked and sure enough, my free play is only good at one property now, in my case Gold Coast. Anyone else experience this change? I am assuming it is not just me.

Yes. Free play offers are now restricted to your "home casino."
Another change: you no longer need to activate multipliers at kiosks; they're automatic.

The first one is really messed up. The second one is actually good.

I have either not gotten FP or have gotten FP which acts like April, May and June hasn't happened from my visits in March. Either there is a lag or they;re waiting to have every machine on IDK.
I am a robot.

Yes, it still appears on kiosks but you dont have to swipe.
The reason is that Boyd changed its computer system and many cards no longer work at the kiosk. I'm Onyx. My card doesn't work.
Rather than have lines at Bconnected booths to fix cards one by one, they simply made all multipliers automatic.
Yes, sometimes a casino will take the easy way out. Making every account multiplier automatic was the easy way out.
You might find you also have to reset your PIN for your online account. It took Bconnected three days to find out why I couldn't reset my PIN.
