I am trying to imagine where this facility will go. Downtown? Next to the strip clubs ? The old Wet 'N Wild site?

The contact page lists them a being in Los Angeles.
The website is aimed at operators, not consumers.
Although the photo looks like Vegas, it's not a photo, but a painting. The 'video' on the website is animation.
I.E. This is just a product (or maybe even just a concept) looking for a customer to install it.

From the landmarks and angle, it looks like the drawing would put this on campus at UNLV (more or less the north east corner of Paradise and Tropicana).

The picture just illustrates a concept. They are hoping to have it open by next summer. They don't own/lease any land in Vegas at this point. I am just wondering where you can buy land for a big ride that is close to people, not very scummy, and relatively cheap. I am sure that the ride can't cost $500 per person.
