The show is Olivia Newton John at the Flamingo, on May 6th. It's a rather limited engagement rather than a regular show.
Many thanks.
Perhaps be extra nice to a few people on the forum, I bet a few people can get them for free. Personally that is the kind of stuff I just toss out. I'm just not into shows here in Vegas anymore.Quote: NareedShould I buy show tickets in advance, or wait til I get to Vegas to do so?

This is what I typically do. About 50 hours until this Tuesday's show and it looks about 75% sold via Ticketmaster. I would think you could wait until Vegas to buy them since WoVCon is late April, right? You'd at least be able to avoid those pesky Ticketmaster fees at the minimum. Whether they would end up being sold at places like Tix4Tonight, no idea.
About half the seats remain for Tuesday, May 6th via Ticketmaster.

I don't know how worried I should be.
Quote:You can do the meet and greet for $249. I saw her just after Grease and she was terrific.
I'd love to, but that's a bit out of my budget. Actually the regular $112-155 quoted on the Flamingo site is not exactly within my budget, but I figure it's my only chance ever to see her live.

Right. In fact I'd like an earlier show, but there are none til then.

I should think not, but you never know. I'd probably find out too late anyway.
If I buy my ticket earlier and see a better deal, can I return the original ticket for a refund?
I'm looking for shows later this month and I see Lionel Ritchie is performing at the Wynn. $620 PER TICKET on the mezzanine level! And that's before tax and fees! Yow!
Clark County Fair is coming up — $15/ticket!
WrestleMania will be in Vegas for the first time in over 30 years. The prices for tickets...$800 for Nose Bleed Upper Upper Deck and Obstructed view. Absolutely Ridiculous!
I used to be a Wrestling Fan Decades ago, went to Wrestlemania X at Madison Square Garden, Wrestlemania XX also at MSG.
Paid $65 for floor seats the 1st time in 1994 and $100 for Section 100 at MSG the 2nd time 10 years later.
But NO WAY in hell would I pay 8 times the price for seats 10,000 times WORSE than what I got to see as a youngster!
Not to mention Hotel, Airfare from the East Coast, Food & Transportation costs would run me around $2000 per person. Could literally go on a cruise for HALF that amount!
I blame that Damn Taylor Swift for ticket price gouging! But seriously, when did the price for 4 hours of entertainment come to cost you a month's rent?
Quote: smoothgrhIn 2016, I commented on how I got two tickets to see Jennifer Lopez's Las Vegas show altogether for $600 with tax and fees — and people reacted with shock. That was for the pit area right up close to her.

$620 for a Lionel Ritchie ticket at the Mezzanine level is ridiculous.😐 Lionel is not exactly a hot commodity in 2025. 😐
Quote: billryanThere are a number of Independent wrestling shows in Vegas that week. Future Stars of Wrestling tickets start at $10 and top out at around $25 for front-row seats. There will also be shows at Sam's Town and Orleans.

Dang it, I'm going to miss all the pro wrestling events by a week!
The Las Vegas Aviators are on the road when I'm in Vegas too!
I used to be a wrestling fan and had the wwe.com app. Cost 9.99 a month but you could see all their ppv past and present included in that price. Granted it isn't being there live in person, but you got to see it live and nowhere near the ppv price. Some of there shenanigans left a bad taste in people's mouth. One in particular was a match between Braun strowman and Roman reigns maybe? It was billed a no holds barred match ina cage . Brock Lesnar came out with Paul Heyman and broke into the cage. Heyman maced special referee and match was called no contest. Cactus jack was special referee. 49.99 or whatever ppv price insulted a lot of people. Just my two centsQuote: 7NeverWinsTicket prices for sports and sports entertainment are even more absurd! At least I can justify paying $200-$400 to see an artist front section or GA like Guns n' Roses, Metallica, or Adele.

FSW usually has a weekly show, and the arena in the Commercial Center often hosts Lucha Libre cards.
ROH and TNA both do tapings at Sams Town.
