If these two mega resort project come to fruition, transforming the northern end of strip into the new 'place to be', the next question is what to do with big Bleu, that big blue rotting, crumbling monstrocity?

I'm no architect, but that is one very ugly complex.
If the House lost every hand, they wouldn't deal the game.

Yeah, sad commentary when the Federal bldgs look better. Much better. Crazy. UNLESS that is NOT their final design, and this is just to keep the super cool final design under wraps. Crazy like a Fox ? Or just crazy stupid.
Re Big Bleu: Is it beyond saving and finishing ? Looks 95 % done at least on the outside.

I don't know the answer if it is beyond saving, but it literally is crumbing now. You can see pieces falling off. It looks better from the south. Looking from the north, you can really see it is falling apart.
