are you referring to that club-looking thing by the Hard Rock? When I was in Vegas last year, we passed that on our walk to the HRH and a gentleman walking towards the strip passed us, took one look at ICE, and said "DAMN, that would make one nice ass M***** F****** crack house!"
I couldn't help but think about how he was right on the money with that one. I think he was pondering an entrepreneurial opportunity. He wouldn't even have to change the name.
