What I want to know is if I'm banned from the clubs only or the hotel premises in general? Also, will I be on this 86 list for life or is it for a set period of time? If so, how long will I be on the 86 list? A lot of my friends tell me that they catch people with illegal substances at clubs all the time and probably don't really check to see if your on the 86 list if you try to return. Some in my situation told me that if you get a table you can still get in. What will happen if I do return to these clubs and they catch me?
If anyone has been in a similar situation or have an experience in Vegas casinos/clubs please share. I definitely won't be making the same mistake, but would like to know if it worth a shot to try.

Are these clubs really so great that you want to take such a chance?
At the least I would say don't try to sneak any dope in again. Don't get too drunk. Don't even let on that you have so much as sniffed dryer lint.
Because if you get caught again clean, they can probably just eject you or/and write you for trespass. Throw it in their face and human nature alone means they may really take it to you.
You're officially in their network.
I'm just hypothesizing about the following: perhaps if you limit your presence on the Wynn property to going to a club only, they won't notice you.
Does Wynn run all who enter the casino through facial recognition software?
If so, you're probably screwed; if not they'd have to check your ID to discover you've been 86ed, unless someone personally recognizes you.
Quote: ACE1It's been 6 months, since I've been to Vegas. Last time I was there I made the mistake of bringing in some blow to encore beach club. I had around 0.25g, which I tried to bring in by keeping it inside my phone case. As soon as I was going through security they made me take the case off and found the baggie of blow. They took my ID for a few minutes and gave it back. They also made me look into a security camera and took a picture of me. As they were escorting me out the guy said that I was going to jail. However, when I got to the exit instead of taking me to jail they told me that I was on the 86 list and could no longer return to any encore or wynn clubs. I was in relief that I wasn't going to jail, but really bummed out to be on the 86 list since my favorite clubs are at wynn and encore.

I'd recommend checking yourself into rehab rather than trying to get back into the casino.

If you gamble a decent amount for Wynn/Encore and have a host, you may want to consider speaking with a host (acting stupid, maybe say you got kicked out a while ago, don't really remember why or what all happened) and ask if you can return & get a table or comped tickets to get in.
Or maybe talking to a host isn't a good idea. Pros & cons to all.
After a year I'm about 94.74% sure you'll get in without incident. Worst case scenario is they make you leave again.

It's bad that it only took me about 10 seconds to figure out where 94.74% came from. Lol

At Caesars in Windsor I have been told they run facial recognition cameras before..... and just this week the police working undercover in the casino it seems used it to arrest a guy for outstanding warrants.... which ended up with him charged with murder a day later

I still missed it.
I would recommend he wait until the Lucky Dragon casino is open that way he can safely bring a lucky golden money with him and insert the coke up it's bottom end to hide it.Quote: Wizard
I'm not sure if he owns a.golden monkey, but after reading this I got a slight feeling he might. Then I looked at the OP's name and I thought he might like golden money's even more.
Where's my Lion king Video? I can't find it )-:
Wynn is the anti drug, anti prostitution die hard.
IF you talk to a host, you might want to mention that although you thought you had scored drugs it seems you had been ripped off since the rest of the baggies in your room all turned out to be baking soda.
Otherwise, I'd just grin and bear it. If you risk entry into a beach club again, they WILL prosecute. Look at the poor guy who re-entered a casino restaurant solely to leave a tip and got tripped up on his banned status.
