$25 Match Plays are basically useless unless you are going to be getting a few dozen of them over time, then they tend to pay off positively. I'd use them on Roulette, Craps, or Blackjack in that order. In Craps you have to make bets before you can shoot the dice and make your match play bet if you want to. So you could be losing on other shooters before you ever shoot. In Blackjack, it's really $50/hand when it comes to splits and double downs and I would have several hundred dollars on hand just for even two $25 match plays in case the hand turns into a multi-split, multi-double down deal. With Roulette, it's just a simple walk up to the table and bet even or odds with a green chip and the match play and with 2 of those you either walk away with -$50, +$25, or +$100.

Maybe somebody can figure out how a newbie can rack up free play quickly. Probably have to bet ridiculous amounts in the high limit room.

Ok so have several hundred dollars on hand say about 500 to 750 if betting 25 a pop? Are there any specific casinos that give good free bets to start off with? Like 50 or 25 anything? And any places that give rooms for free if you're playing?

I'm not from Vegas and don't know the offers and giveaways. But a rule of thumb if you're a Baccarat player or Blackjack player is to bet at $300/hand for 4 hours then you'll qualify for a $300 room comp. Vegas is overrun with 6:5 BJ unless you are betting $25 or $50 or more per hand and 6:5 BJ should be avoided, it's a bad crimped game. If you come on certain weekdays, the websites might show rooms are $100-$150 and you could lower your bets to that amount per hand for 4 hours to get the room comp. I've never got a room comp in my life, so I don't know the ins and outs of the process of collecting on them even if you do the minimum betting required to qualify for a room. Some would say, pay for the room and don't worry about the comps because you'll go broke chasing the comps.

Yeah I okay both blackjack and baccarat, yeah would never play 6/5 that's crazy they don't have 3 2 at like 15 dollars minimum but I'd play 25 min anyway you can make more money faster that way 😝,

Am looking for someone that does or at least I wonder since there's going to be like 30 casino plus nearby I'm guessing if I can sign up for a players card usually don't they give about 10 dollars for each one, I was going to buy a bike off someone from FB marketplace and then bike around to each casino and collect a free 300 Dollars

Anyways I'm sure it's a moot point because when gambling I get carried away anyways and will be betting more and more per hand anyways if the going is good but still it's fun to do some small hustles, get some exercise, sightseeing ect.

You could check some of the gambling travel YouTube video channels that check into different casinos/hotels and give their reviews. I might have minimum standards for a shower that would require a $300 room. I think a lot of gamblers here would bring $5K to $10K on a trip to Vegas. Begging for $10 at each casino seems counterproductive when you could be winning several thousand from a $1K buy-in at the tables. For $25 tables, I would bring $1K for a proper session that could last anywhere from 50 to 1500+ hands.

I see from another thread that you're from central Minnesota, so you'll really be visiting Vegas from afar. I've found Minnesota casinos to be so sweaty meaning they don't tolerate winners. If you have a winning game going on and you don't want to risk a ban in Minnesota, a trip to Vegas may be in the cards. But I really don't think it's worth it unless you are betting higher limits than what are available in the casinos in your area. If they only have $500 maximum bet limits and you're trying to break past that on the regular, come to Vegas. But be prepared for a $100 table minimum.

You might find better table conditions at casinos in the Chicago area.

Yeah good one on the travel channels, been doing that and one dude said he was spending like 20 bucks a night on a room, I wonder if it had bed bugs though ha, I'm going to have to ask him, yeah I'm going to bring 3k, basically i want the room to be clean, i dont care if it looks run down, as lojg as theres no bugs and has working water. Yeah it's not quite what I'd call begging but I get your point, at least then if i go to all of them I'll know and then i could ask some people there which one give the best point rates ect. Good numbers though on the buy ins. Where I live when I was playing poker and baccarat they did give me super nice rooms for 50 a night, although maybe it was because they just built the hotel, I could even check in at 3am and gey the full over 30 hours till 11am the next day.

2 areas of casinos
The Strip and Downtown
All the casinos downtown are in walkable distance
On the strip, if you really really want to hit them all and not rent a car
I'd recommend an electric scooter rather then a bike
Many of the elevators are out and easier to manage a scooter on an escalator then a bike
Ive done the entire strip, up and down, on a scooter
You have to go up and down quite a few escalators/elevators to do the strip
That being said, even if you hit 30 casinos, many have the same owner and card system
So in the end, maybe 5 or 6 new player offers visiting 30 casinos
When somebody doesn't believe me, I could care less. Some get totally bent out of shape when not believed. Weird. I believe very little on all forums

My suggestion is 40x. If you'll be betting $25 on a hand, have $1000 with you.

I believe Las Vegas Advisor still offers coupons.

Even if every single match play busts out, the time spent going from place to place should help your gambling dollar last longer.

Best of luck.
May the cards fall in your favor.

Thanks, that's useful to know, so it would be clunky to bring a bike around but doable, am in pretty decent shape so it should be fine, more of a workout too I guess

That's awesome you did all that, I saw that a lot of places on Craigslist are advertising weekly room rates for about 300, you know anything about the rooms? Any deals or whatnot or is it workable to find something slightly outside the strip and then walk/bike in everyday ?

I would stay away from Craigslist
I would look at hotels.com or Airbnb
A particular favorite of mine is Ellis Island.
One block off the middle of the strip
