Is this thread ever about suspensions anymore? One guy gets suspended for hijacking so a couple other guys just take right off hijacking the rest of it.

Because now he cannot prove to us how to beat baccarat, show us or defend the system. He’s got a lot to say about winning at baccarat and even requested the Wizards opinion in the thread he started.

If you issue a coup de grace on a dead body with the intent to murder AND there is no evidence you knew it was dead beforehand, I can convince a jury to convict of attempted murder.

I hardly believe anything on forums or what people tell me in person or what I hear on a phone call or good friends bragging ( I found out later that certain braggs from my best friend were BS). Too me that's just common sense.
If somebody doesn't believe me, I could care less. I'm not insulted. Especially if it's somebody I've never met. Who cares if somebody doesn't believe me. I certainly don't care. I really doubt anybody else would care

But you do bait people. If there's been recent back and forth I can kinda understand but some squabble from years ago or even 6 months ago (which to me I personally have moved on from in general) and suddenly there you are baiting.
I can go through multiple posts I made in various unrelated threads to anything you or I disagreed with, me making a comment just to discuss that current thread topic and there you are responding with negativity.
Usually it includes out of context quotes or as above a quote from a mod to bait him into an action.
You have sent PM's solely to bait me. Can't discuss their content (how you must smirk) but they're appearing with no provocation and what they discuss is baiting pure and simple.
I have seen you erase a baited post but you are careful not to simply put "deleted" because that would leave some proof. Instead you post a prior "quote" from the baited which just appears with no retort.
You used the words "alleged AP" claiming I had supplied no proof I was an AP, then when I retorted you were an alleged lawyer for the same reason (which should be appropriately clear) you got me suspended under some ridiculous guise that it was an offense to your claims as a professional.
And yes, the only reason you are civil to a point here is you can't get away with what you say about me on other forums.
For someone who claims such success, why the animosity? If one day I become a successful film director, the absolute last thing I will be bothered with is wasting my valuable time baiting people I don't even know on the internet.
To underscore this, BillRyan and I had a number of rows, baits, arguments until I went off on him (getting rightfully suspended).
Since then he and I don't bring up that time. We have even replied to each other's posts, if not warily, civilly. For me it's behind us and I suspect for him too because he doesn't try to instigate an old feud.
You it's just what you seem to be prepping for all the time.

I'm sure there are lots of people I have met in person who don't like me, I'd be an idiot to think any differently.
I remember someone didn't like me just because they thought I insulted the way they dressed, and they didn't like that I told them the truth about someone else when asked.
Of course, some context is needed. I didn't come out insulting the way they dressed. It was a conversation about people who looked like common slot hustlers versus people who didn't.
I do believe they greatly changed their tune once they realized what I was saying was correct and honest. Sometimes I can be a bit brass, too honest, and very upfront.
I think the moderators have in fact made it clear by specific example that the sort of “poll” you propose would not be allowed here and its mere creation would be considered trolling.

It probably wasn't okay then. While you may not have directed it at anyone in particular, I can see how the list would be inflammatory to anyone mentioned in it.
When we ban someone, we don't want to hear from them anymore. I take that to generally mean not talking about the unwelcome parties, so they don't feel they need to sneak back in and attempt to defend themselves.
Listing off people we've banned is contributing to "forum drama", without advancing discussion of the core topics of Vegas, math, and gambling.
If I had already accomplished the dirty deed posted here in disguise been busted and now my sock puppet screen name that was already outed was now memorialized in either a post or mentioned on the Suspension list would I feel compelled to come back again to comment on the mere fact that I was outed ?
It just seems unnecessary to disallow the mention of the information that is already public in the Suspension list, if that is what you’re suggesting.

It seems unnecessary to bring it up anew. As you say, the information is posted elsewhere, so isn't making a new unofficial list essentially a forbidden duplicate post? The suspension list has already covered the topic quite thoroughly.

As far as A.Wolf, knowing that he often has difficulty with using the forum quote function he must have gone to some effort to copy paste and appear to quote from that CLOSED thread. I'd say that he is less interested in knowing why T.Pined was suspended than in airing all that nonsense that T.Pined posted here. Now I suppose I could waste time retorting to how parts of what he claims are untrue, but...why? The content should not be aired at this forum to begin with, let alone repeated from a Closed thread. Those forums have their own rules and regs and T.Pined should keep that drama over there (and not misrepresent it either).

If you look at my posting history in June, July, and Aug compared to the last 3 months you will see a big uptick as of late. That is due to my temporary state of Limbo and spending most of my time just chilling at home.
I hope that once I get to my destination I will be posting much less as I'll be off fishing, hunting, building, offroading, exploring, etc. Perhaps I won't be doing that stuff as much as I would like since it will probably be colder than I can imagine it being.

The Dakotas are colder than imagination in winter. Washington tends to be quite mild, at least in the western parts.
I don't think anyone would blame you for preferring a warm cup of tea and a cozy chair to mucking about in the slush, however.
