My rule has always been never a borrower or a lender be, and I've always stuck to that. Causes way too many problems. If you loan money to a friend and he can't pay you back you won't ever see him again because he's too embarrassed and you've lost a friend.

A guy said he loaned his Friend $20 and his Friend gave him a pipe that was worth $20 and then never saw him again..The guy said something like,"I can't believe he decided to never see me again over something as trivial as a $20 loan!" 🤔💡
