Just three days ago I proposed that the suspension list be done away with. In my opinion the list does nothing to advance or better this forum. It is outdated, irrelevant and often mean spirited. There will always be offenders and they can be dealt with easily. I remarked that even murderers are released from jail at some point, not all but a good many. There is nothing to be afraid of here.

I'd even go easy on first or second time spammers with a gentle warning. Imagine going to the trouble of joining a forum only to discover that you have been immediately banned. Some of what is called spam is hilarious and I don't see it competing with or taking profits from this site. Heck, one only has to mosey on over to DT to see that spam seems to be allowed there. If a banned member is bent on returning they can find a way.

Other than the last couple of names on the list, no one has a beef with the new ownership. There is nothing to lose by revamping things.

I would like to retract the above statement. It seems that there is a loophole. Since Pete Rose admitted to gambling on baseball, you are well within your right to mention him as long as it is not taken out of context. You cannot talk about his batting average, number of hits, etc..... That would be considered trolling and the consequence for such action is dire.

Rule pertaining to any member who gambled is allowed and falls within rule 1.1 BS exception paragraph 7.12 double BS.

Bring back all of the deleted posts of Ibeatyouraces. He doesn't have to brought back but his posts must live again!

As for B9 he was given more than the nine lives afforded to him. If he is reincarnated as a public toilet seat then the powers that be should take that into consideration in resurrecting him.

Also bring back AxiomofChoice. AxelWolf has been quite lonely since he is gone. Bert needs his Ernie.

So the great varmenti has approx 6 facebook pages. He generally only uses one at a time and there is one that he is currently using. He seems to be doing ok with his finance and karaoke. The strange thing is that he has never once talked about gambling or a casino on any of the accounts aside from the one everyone here knows about which was only active for about 2 months.

My theory is that he was actually doing well with his idiotic system and eventually it crashed like all systems do. I really hope he didn't lose to much when it did.

haven't seen him in the casino for months but his uncle is one of my regulars, so like I said before, I could find out if there was any interest....I don't believe he really has anything to offer on this kind of board but larry s should definitely be allowed here.
