Craps Place Bet Question

If I have place bets on certain numbers and the point is hit rather than the 7, what should I do with all my place bets? On a new roll, will a 7 clear all my bets, thus making me lose more money even though I won on the pass line? Any help is appreciate and sorry if it's a repeat question.

By default, place bets are off (not active bets) on come-out rolls, so you won't lose them. That is the meaning of the black puck with the "Off" side up during the come out. If you want, you can request that your place bets be active during the come-out roll, and they will place a little "on" button on your bet. Then it will lose if the 7 shows up, and it will win if the come-out roll is one of the numbers you have placed.

Your place bets are automatically "off" on a new come out roll.

Just leave em up.
