I'm wondering if anybody else has ever encountered this problem. It's been happening a lot lately to me. It happens to me both at home and at work.
Basically, when clicking on a link to one of the threads in the forum, occasionally it just doesn't go to the link. The browser is trying and trying, but nothing happens. Sometimes, I will eventually get an error page saying that the website is unreachable, but not always.
The most common time this happens for me, is when viewing the "Recent Threads" page. On that page, I click on a particular thread, read what I want to read, and then hit the back button. This is when it locks up, and either just tries and tries, or eventually tells me the website is unreachable.
If I just wait a minute or so, I can click the link again, or the back button again, and be at the website no problem. Of course, for someone like me that wants to read everything as quickly as possible, this is still quite annoying.
I'm using Google Chrome as my browser, so I'm not sure if that's the culprit or not, as I don't have any other browsers.
Anyway, just wondering if anybody else has encountered this or not. If nobody else has, then it's probably just crappy internet service here in Phoenix.

That happens to me too. I think it is caused over server overload. If the page doesn't pop up almost immediately I would refresh or click the back button, and try again.

Me too.
Funny thing is, it started about a month ago, when I got a new computer.
I also tend to lose the connection when I watch YouTube videos, and occasionally when I load data rich items such as GoogleMaps.
I *think* it's because my computer is trying to download stuff faster than my router / connection can supply it. I have a buddy that's gonna lend me a spare router, to see if that's the problem...
