In WoO, I saw a section in ask the wizard that in Washington state that pai gow doesn't have commission and with banking. Does this game still here somewhere and are there any catches?

The catch was you had to make the fortune bonus (or equivalent) side bet for $5 a hand, otherwise you were charged commission. At least back when I last played, but it has been 10 or so years, so not sure if it is still around or has transitioned to Face Up Pai Gow.
