Suggest they try to archive that whole board, and generate a clean empty board with the same setup. Leave the archive available to access with a link,, but allow no new posts

I have no idea if that will solve the issue.

Or, if they can generate an improved coded version. Better spam protection would be a nice improvement.

Day 4 still down. This is getting ridiculous, it doesn't take 4 days to fix this it's just that nobody cares enough to work on it. The new owners have to get on the ball or just close it down because you're going to lose most of the posters if you don't.

It's totally down now I can't even access the site. What did we get out of it this time, three or four days? Something is wrong somewhere and it needs to be fixed.

There were multiple internet issues late afternoon yesterday. Theories ranged from weather to China upset over TikTok. Lasted a few hours in my parts.

Down for everyone or just me only checks if it can contact the webserver software, not that the webserver is returning the correct page data.
It can be useful in the specific case where your software cannot communicate with the webserver software.
