Just tried it; no offers available.
We were at two MLife casinos (Gold Strike and Beau Rivage) the first week of August when their system was down for an upgrade or something. The lines for assistance were insane because the agents could get in but the kiosks were not available.

Dame here, had something like 81 offers last night so must be down for some reason.
Expect the worst and you will never be disappointed.

It always ticks me off when I look at their site and see 500 offers at ten places and then realize it only good one time at one location

Amazing to me that they don't even throw a flag on their homepage letting. People know and it's still down 8 hours later

Maybe its a cost cutting method of eliminating comps for everyone.
Or better yet, they have determined that all players are AP's out to win their money and have decided to shut down/lockout all players cards system wide.

A scene from the upcoming Ceasars disaster movie:
frazzled technician in computer room: "Sir, they're all trying to win. I can't tell the AP's from the legit players!!!"
Operating supervisor: "SHUT IT DOWN! SHUT IT ALL DOWN!"

DELETED FOOTAGE:
Frazzled but hopeful technician: "Sir, we found one person who is definitely trying to lose. His name is PaiGow.... something or other. He keeps losing whenever he has accidently determined he has an edge because it goes against his conscience, sir."
"Hire him on the spot. He may be able to help us."
EDIT NOTE: Scene deleted for believability factors and a lack of audience acceptance.
