Can I block a poster?

New to this forum. I know I can block a thread but can I also block posts from an individual?

Find their name on the newest members list. There is a block column. I think that's it but I've never blocked anyone.

The problem with that is certain people, the annoying trolls, will come back again and again with different handles.

I think blocking subforum's are the way to go. If say, you are East Coast centric, you have no need to see posts about Vegas life and hotels. Cuts out a lot of clutter.
