Posting a link Squared

I was helped on a prior similar thread to post a link. I have noticed that the links are in blue, and I have seen some blue links where someone will say, "You can see it Here", and the word "Here" is the link but the original link has been rewritten to the word "here". I guess you can change a link to be written differently but don't know how to achieve this. I've tried to write over the link but that doesn't work. Could someone tell me how this is done?

Post the URL where it says URL and then the word or phrase where it says anchor text. Just delete the space between linkand=

Also make sure you finish the code with after the text
