Hey, Lee. Welcome to the forums.
I searched the wms slot locator and got zero results in Vegas.

Check the plaza down town vegas. That's the last time I saw those type of machines.

If I remember correctly, this is the machine Erin Moran sued over after seeing it in a casino with her image on it. I think she got like $25000 and went back to the obscurity she came from. But to answer your question, I have not seen one in many years with the last being at Caesars Palace.

Wiki says $65,000, but the fact you remember this was even an issue is amazing. I've never even seen the game personally. I have played a "That Girl" slot machine before, never aware that was a TV show before playing it. Oops.

Have you checked near the cafe at Binion's? I recall there being a slot from an old (hey, born in the 80s here...) TV show around there a few months ago.
Having said that, I don't remember exactly what game it was, though the image on WMS looks familiar, and it may have been removed in the meantime.
