For the first die rolled, it doesn't matter what comes up, then the second die you have 5 possible numbers to not repeat the first, then the third you have 4 possible numbers to not repeat the first or second, etc.

6/6 * 5/6 * 4/6 * 3/6 * 2/6 * 1/6 = 720/46656 = 5/324 ~ .01543 = 1.543%

A probability of 5/324 converts to odds of (324 - 5) to 5, or 63.8 to 1 against.

That leads to a "for 1" representation... "to 1" is 1/X - 1
