Recently a set of posts about a baccarat game for the iPhone was flagged off forum. That post was placed in the Kiosk, which is there for members to post their commercial interests, as long as it isn't online gambling. Thus that subject matter was perfectly within forum rules and should not have been flagged.
This is not the first time an appropriate post was inappropriately flagged. Flagging should only be done for clear violations of Forum Rules. When in doubt, don't flag.

Thank you for your honesty. Your punishment is to attend a playing of bagpipes.

Year after year, it seems as if the country is more focused on running its national finger over the names of the dead "etched on bronze parapets that ring the memorial pool" and listening to bagpipes play "Amazing Grace" than risking insulting imams and radical Islamists living in our midst.

It was an inside joke. Dorothy hates bagpipes. She told me this joke:
Q: What do you call a bagpipe in perfect pitch?
A: When it is thrown out the window, and hits another bagpipe in the dumpster.
